- Participate in the various stages of the talent acquisition process (from search to integration)
- Ensure the welcome of new employees
- Enroll employees in our group insurance and pension plans
- Respond to general inquiries from managers and staff
- Keep employee records up to date
- Follow up on training needs
- Prepare the training file for the 1% Training Law (Bill 90)
- Assist the HR team with various projects
- All other related tasks
