- Act as a first responder (mostly remotely) for troubleshooting issues as well as technical requests from customers and the sales team, using a request management system
- Oversee the creation of service bulletins in collaboration with the technical writer
- Work with the engineering department on product improvements
- Train users on products or equipment as needed (e.g.: service school)
- Visit farms as needed to solve technical issues and perform testing and/or troubleshooting
