- Act as a first responder for troubleshooting as well as for technical requests from customers and the sales team, both remotely and in person, using the Zendesk call management system
- Test parts under warranty
- Oversee the installation of systems and assist with start-up through to system operation when required
- Help write service bulletins
- Train users on products or equipment as needed (service school, etc.)
- Visit farms as needed to perform testing and/or troubleshooting to resolve warranty and non-warranty issues
