- Process received orders and enter information in the system
- Check the availability of ordered parts and notify the customer of the order’s expected delivery date
- Coordinate the shipment of orders and prepare the necessary documents
- Answer customer questions
- Follow up on pending orders
- Maintain good business relationships with customers
- Plan the pick-up of customer orders
- Handle pick-up requests with carriers such as Dicom, Purolator, Gojit, UPS, etc.
