- Advise and support managers in implementing HR management best practices
- Support the management team with organizational development practices such as change management, analysis of work organization, etc.
- Collaborate with managers in workforce and succession planning
- Collaborate with managers to manage the staffing process from recruitment to onboarding
- Participate in HR continuous improvement projects such as performance management, branding, succession planning, training programs, etc.
- Help develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Participate in the HR department's strategic planning and contribute to its success
- Apply and interpret rules relating to the collective agreement
- Ensure compliance with OHS best practices to support the OHS and Projects Business Partner
- Monitor training plans, level of impact, and compliance with Quebec’s 1% Training Law
- Promote the company’s culture and values
- Recommend innovative and constructive ideas
